Mark Wojahn Photographer, Minneapolis

For me, photography is a fundamental a study of consciousness: a probing of the human awareness of what it means, and what it feels like, to be human. I believe that through photographs we can forever capture the richness of the human experience.

Mark Wojahn, Minneapolis photographerI am an award winning photographer and filmmaker, living and working in Minneapolis I studied photography at the Minneapolis School of Art and Design and at the University of Minnesota. I earned a college degree in Art History and film studies from the University of Minnesota.

Since 1993 I have shot Weddings and Editorial. My photography and films have presented locally and internationally.

The main concern of my work is connecting with the client. I strive to convey the emotion of the person, the subject and the event. I look for decisive moments where art and life interweave.

I love to photograph because of I cherish life and love to see how things look photographed.
